Seasoned BBQ Chicken Without The Sauce

For this Seasoned BBQ Chicken you can use thighs, drumsticks or whatever you have on hand. I recommend a bone-in or dark meat chicken as they usually bake juicier.

This BBQ chicken is done in the oven, on air-fryer setting (if you have it) or convection OR bake at a high heat of 425 if you don’t have any of the other oven settings. Its quick to whip up and full of flavour, just a few simple ingredients you likely have in your pantry seasons this chicken perfectly. It is full of flavour with a crispy skin and so juicy on the inside. You can marinate it for an hour in the fridge or overnight if time allows, WOW, but in a pinch season & cook this up immediately, it still won’t disappoint.

Serve them up with some home cut seasoned fries for a delicious easy meal that will be a hit with the entire family!

  4. Place chicken pieces on air fryer wire tray, with parchment lined baking sheet on bottom rack to catch any drips OR place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Arrange chicken in single layer, making sure there is adequate space for air flow to get around each chicken piece.
  6. Cook chicken for approximately 20-25 minutes or until cooked through & juices run clear, turning chicken half way so that all sides are crispy. Chicken needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
